Meridia360 / Channel manager
Channel manager
A channel manager for tours and activities
Sell on Viator, GetYourGuide, Airbnb Experiences, A4 Malta, your own website and over the phone, from one live availability. A seat sold anywhere is gone everywhere, so you never double-book a departure.

What a channel manager does
Most tour and activity operators sell the same departures in several places: one or two booking platforms, a local partner, their own website, and the phone. Without a channel manager, each of those has its own idea of how many seats are left, and someone has to keep them in step by hand. When they drift, the same seat sells twice.
A channel manager keeps one availability for every product and shares it with every channel. Meridia360 does this as part of the booking system, so there is no separate tool to set up or pay for.
How it works in Meridia360
- One inventory. Every channel books against the same seats per departure in Meridia360.
- Updates everywhere. When a seat sells on Viator, the seats left on your website and the other channels update a second later.
- Close-outs apply to all channels. Close a date or a single departure for weather or maintenance once, with a reason on record.
- One calendar. Online, offline and integration bookings land in the same list and calendar, with the guest, the trip, the crew and the channel.
- Rules in one place. Seasons, time slots, cut-off times, minimum party size and maximum per booking are set once and followed everywhere.

A travel booking system, not just a channel manager
Because the channel manager is part of the booking system, everything else works from the same data: capacity management per departure, products and pricing, crew and resources on every trip, crew hours ready for payroll, and card payments and payment links on Plus. See the whole platform.
What it costs
Meridia360 Start is €35 a month for up to 5 users, with a 14-day free trial and 0% commission on every booking, on every plan. The booking platforms still charge their own commission; Meridia360 doesn't add another on top. See pricing.
Questions
Will I still get double bookings?
That's what the shared availability is for: every connected channel books against the same seats, and the seats left update everywhere as soon as one sells. A channel you sell on outside Meridia360 doesn't count against the shared availability until you connect it.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Meridia360 runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone.
